The people behind the work
We assemble teams to meet the challenge at hand.
Our network brings together deep expertise in understanding human experience to help businesses and public institutions make better decisions about how they work and what they offer.

Lee Wilson, PhD
Applied anthropologist
Lee is an organisational anthropologist who works with government agencies, international organisations and businesses on applied research, evaluation and human centred strategy. Across the public and private sectors, his work spans institutional development, organisational change and the adoption of new technologies.
He works with leaders and teams to understand how people make sense of their working lives, how they lead others and what helps them change the ways they work. He turns client needs into strategic research questions, producing insights that inform decisions.

Jennifer Heuss, MA
Applied anthropologist
Based in Geneva, Jennifer has spent thousands of hours conducting applied ethnographic fieldwork focused on people’s lived experience. She has led multinational research projects from start to finish, including an impact evaluation of inclusion initiatives at Tate Modern and a study of brand engagement at the Coachella festival.
She develops empathetic consumer narratives that connect people’s needs, desires and experiences with clear, actionable plans. Her work has helped improve returns on investment in displays and point-of-sale activity.

Andreu Florit, MA
Virtual reality and quantitative analysis
Based in Barcelona, Andreu has eight years’ experience as a research analyst and field operations manager on varied international projects. His work spans programming, data processing, day-to-day field management and data reconciliation.
A creative entrepreneur, he co-founded the award-winning REM Experience, specialising in 3D, VR and AR technologies. He designs immersive virtual environments to test design prototypes rapidly, including for museum exhibitions and interactive educational projects, and uses technology to bring cultural stories to life.

Timothée Spehner, MA
Start-ups and go-to-market strategy
Based in Paris, Timothée combines hands-on start-up experience with an interest in institutions informed by his studies at Sciences Po Paris. He created the first benchmark of French manufacturing start-ups and worked on the go-to-market strategy of a deep-tech start-up.
His focus is the human side of strategic business decisions. He examines how people discuss and adapt strategic ideas, then put them into practice in everyday work.
